Sam Aboulhosn is a Fairfax, Virginia native. He has owned a restaurant, been in the chocolate industry for over 20 years and has owned three different chocolate factories in the DC area. He did his formal training in Florida with a renowned chocolatier. Sam has a passion for chocolate and enjoys being part of the Vienna community.
